簡介
《鍍金年代》劇情設定在動盪的1882年，年輕的Marian Brook在父親逝世後，便從賓州農村搬遷至紐約與富有的年長Agnes van Rhijn阿姨，以及Ada Brook阿姨同住。
在充滿抱負且力求重新開始的作家Peggy Scot陪同下，沒想到Marian Brook竟意外地捲入阿姨與冷酷無情的鐵道大亨George（Morgan Spector飾演）及其妻子Bertha Russell（凱莉庫恩飾演）之間的鬥爭。
身處於改革的開端，Marian Brook會遵循既定社會的規範，還是另闢自己的道路呢？
